Curriculum Overview

The STARI curriculum consists of two levels, with level 1 designed for 6th and 7th grades and level 2 designed for 7th and 8th grades. Both levels address similar reading needs, but the level 2 topics and reading materials are more sophisticated. Each level includes four units, with each unit’s lesson plans written for approximately 40 instructional days.
